ROHS 2.0 Solution

After the release of this revised directive, EU member states need to approve and issue laws, regulations and administrative regulations that comply with the directive before December 31, 2016, and the relevant regulations should be implemented from July 22, 2019.


Phthalate plasticizer is a modified material widely used in food packaging, toys, children's products, PVC building materials, medical equipment and clothing.

Since phthalate plasticizers do not form bonds with substrates such as plastics and rubber, they maintain their independent chemical properties. Therefore, it will dissolve when it comes into contact with water and oil. Phthalates are toxic to reproduction, as well as mutagenic and carcinogenic.

Therefore, the RoHS 2.0 directive stipulates that BBP, DIBP, DBP, and DEHP are currently contained in plastic products, rubber, textiles, toys, and children's products, and the content of these four phthalate plasticizers must not exceed their parts specified content. Contents higher than the specified shall not be exported to European and American countries.


At present, GC-MS is the most widely used detection technology, but GC-MS detection has long retention time, poor resolution, unsatisfactory peak shape, and GC-MS is expensive, which makes manufacturers bear a large amount of money burden. Junhuiteng Technology has conducted a lot of technical research in response to this directive, and has made corresponding improvements to the company's products.     3.1 Detector

    3.2 Infusion pump

    1. The floating plunger installation method is adopted, which greatly prolongs the service life of the plunger rod and the sealing ring; the double-plunger reciprocating series pump design greatly reduces the failure rate of the pump check valve (by 50%), effectively saving maintenance costs;
