ZM-R7880 is an integrated BGA rework system combining desoldering, component removal, and soldering functions, enabling more convenient and intelligent rework operations.
The system is equipped with a desoldering head and rework head assemblies, independent top and bottom temperature control systems, top and bottom 200W high-definition camera vision alignment systems, XYZR axis drive system, a 19-inch high-definition LCD display, and a high-performance industrial computer.
It features a dedicated temperature controller capable of simultaneously displaying 10-stage temperature profiles with real-time curve analysis. Multiple temperature profiles can be stored and quickly switched by loading preset parameters without repeated setup. All heating-generated temperature curves are automatically recorded for later review.
The system supports external compressed air or nitrogen connection, and an optional external monitoring camera is available for real-time monitoring of the rework process.
Utilizes a non-contact vacuum desoldering head. Through a real-time vacuum flow feedback system, the height of the desoldering head is automatically controlled and adjusted to ensure a constant non-contact gap between the product and the desoldering head, effectively preventing damage to the product during the desoldering process and ensuring reliable product protection.
The equipment is equipped with an infrared heating zone, a hot-air heating system for component removal and soldering, and a desoldering heating system. All heating systems adopt closed-loop temperature control, ensuring stable and precise overall temperature regulation.
Overall machine HMI control with the ability to store multiple product recipes, which can be directly recalled during operation. New product recipe programming is simple and efficient. The desoldering path supports two methods: importing CAD data for rapid setup, or using CCD-assisted desoldering path setup.
Adopts a matched top and bottom CCD vision system for precise positioning, effectively ensuring placement accuracy. The CCD system also supports mosaic imaging of the desoldering area for products without CAD files, guiding the desoldering head to operate within the planned area.
